It’s difficult written through the many words which I didn’t know in English as an outsider. And some paragraphs were bored to read because those ones had nothing to do with the story. I’m not talking about the horse terms that author uses in her story, because I know them. In addition, I have a double feeling about this book.
However, I loved her story about her horse True Colors with a trauma past and how the author reached her trust during the years, but on the other hand I had some problems that the author used her horse as a breeder. There are already too many horses in the world who are looking for a good home. Most of them don’t find a fine home for their retirement when they are old and useless for the owners.
It’s a kind of diary on a horse farm in the Eastern mountains of Washington State. How the author had struggles with breeding of her mils. And when the foals where born she got other problems, somewhere physical problems and other ones had regard to behavior. It’s not an easy way of living and you have a lot of work for sure.
