The war dog Caesar is an important military asset because of his refined ability to sniff out and detect bombs. At this episode Caesar and his handler are being decorated by the U.S. army for courage and perseverance.

During the ceremony, in which an exhibition of the defusing of a bomb was featured, suddenly a rogue bomb was detonated. At the crime scene, Caesar detected a second rogue bomb and his handler was able to dismantle it in the nick of time.

When Caesar and his handler returned to their native Australia, Caesar had do go into the required quarantine. During this period the dog was abducted by a Mexican drug cartel to be used by them in his capacity as bomb sniffer. To their surprise and dismay, Caesar would not work without Ben.

In the meantime, Ben is desperately attempting to track the route of the abduction.
