When I read this book I immediately got an awful gut feeling in my belly that this could turn out wrong. Not only for the wolf-dog cross but also for the person in question who gets married with a questionable figure who cannot handle money at all. In addition, the owner doesn’t have knowledge about the behavior between a wolf and a dog. It appears that are difference how you need to raise them up.
The author explains to the reader why she so desires to have a hybrid for during the tours through the mountains. But it is still unclear to me why it was supposed to be a hybrid, as a pet. During the purchase of the animal she thinks she has prepared well but it soon turns out to be a miscalculation. The dog show many behavior problems, because she’s partly a wolf. And we know, a wolf is not a suitable pet.
The story goes from one problem to the next problem. She need to move many times. The problems are not only related to the dog. Herself has mental disorders and missing a lot information with regard of wolf behavior. Thereby she has a weak person as partner whose suffers from deep depression many times and he cannot handle with money at all.
