This is the second part of ‘The Smoke Thieves’. The first book had a nice cliffhanger at the end and I couldn’t wait to start in this next story. During the story it will show how the lives of Catherine, Ambrose, Tasha, Edyon and March will be entangled with one another.

The marriage of Catherine with Tyzan was just a distraction according to her own father who planned an invasion directed at the kingdom Pitoria. But her father didn’t count on the creativity of his daughter to protect her new home.

Tasha, the demon hunter, is changing mentally because of the new insights she gained through the observation of the demons while staying in their world. The environment is changing because the enemy is harvesting the purple smoke of young demons. The purple smoke has a special effect on young teenagers.

Edyon discovers a big secret about his lover March which changes everything for him and he lost trust in his friend. Can he ever forgive him?
