Wicked sense - Singularity - Book one

This work appears to be directed at teenage girls who are interested in a simple romantic story. Indeed some of the romance scenes were so frequent as to slow the plot line and interfered with the development of the story. However, I was pleasantly surprised to discover some threads of magical action beginning to be woven into a readable narrative.

The central character, Sky, has only one obligation to her coven. She needs to find the legendary Singularity, before the night witches find her and use her powers for their villainous goals.

Witches who develop exceptional powers are usually guided by their coven so that the veil is protected and hidden from the general society. But the powers of the Singularity are so special that they are even hidden from other magicians. That makes a Singularity without a coven spectacularly dangerous because she can inadvertently release the veil in a public situation, since she has not learned to control her powers.

Will Sky find her in time?
